Corporate Fraud Division (CFD) conducted an outreach for Accountancy Undergraduates at the Singapore Management University on 11 March 2011 to reach out to these budding financial professionals on the pitfalls of corporate frauds.
CFD shared a case with the students to convey the message that ‘Crime does not pay’. The students were enthusiastic and asked questions on the work performed by CAD. CFD sees such outreaches as a good platform to draw the attention of future financial professionals to the risks and pitfalls of succuming to temptations and becoming an accomplice in fraud.
