How Chee Meng, 53, was jailed for 38 months yesterday after he admitted to chalking up nearly $8,000, using two fake cards, on a single day. He was caught using the cards at Jurong Point Shopping Centre in Jurong West and Northpoint Shopping Centre in Yishun on Nov 18.
