The Straits Times, Jailed For Selling Fake Currency Notes

CURRENCY broker Alvin Yogaraj David, 37, was jailed for 20 months yesterday, after pleading guilty last month to giving false information to the police and selling US$5,750 in fake currency notes. Two other charges involving fake greenbacks and operating an illegal money-changing business were taken into consideration.
