The Straits Times (27 Mar 09), Man Jailed 41/2 Years For $1.8M Bank Fraud  

CHAN Kwee Seng, 58, with two accomplices, swindled a bank of $1.8million in 1988. He turned himself in last month after on the run from the law for 20 years and was packed off to jail fo 41/2 years.
