FUGITIVE Richard Yong Kun Da, escorted by three Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) officers, was brought back last night on a flight from Hong Kong. A joint statement by the Ministry of Law and the CAD said Yong will face charges under the Penal Code and the Bankruptcy Act. Yong and his wife, On Shu Kio, 64, had left Singapore via Woodlands Checkpoint just hours after he was declared bankrupt on May 16. Before fleeing Singapore, Yong had sold off his properties here for $7.5 million.
