FORMER National Kidney Foundation (NKF) board members Richard Yong and Loo Say San were each fined the maximum $5,000 after being convicted of dereliction of their duties as directors of the charity. Yong was also barred from holding directorship in any company for four years, while Loo was barred for three years.
